Hi!- Wedding in Three Months!
Well kiddos…it’s that time.
We’ve got three months (OhemGee) THREE FRIEKING MONTHS…until the wedding
day.
It’s officially just enough time to totally transform your
body according to one of our fitness faves, miss Tracy Anderson!
While Tracy’s whole thing is that you really must do at
least 30 minutes of dance cardio at least 6 days a week, as well as 30 minutes
of her killer muscular structure work – if you’re anything like me, the 6 day a
week workout just is NOT happening.
I either get BORED or start seeing results, because her
method REALLY DOES WORK, and then start slacking off.
SO…here’s what I’m doing.
I do have the luck of having a fantastic fiancé that sends
me to a trainer three days a week.
(Ladies….I have to
tell you, it’s a miracle worker. If you
can swing it, even once or twice a week – DO IT. Having a personal trainer makes you
ACCOUNTABLE, they make sure you’re doing everything the right way, and my
fabulous trainer makes sure to switch moves and patterns up at every session,
so I never ever get bored.)
I’ve been going to the trainer 3 times a week, for an hour
each session, for about 3 months so far.
I absolutely can tell a huge difference, and on our most recent beach
trip, had the confidence to post bikini photos to Instagram
(@therealallieml)! I’ve NEVER EVER
wanted to show my legs or stomach in photos…so this was a HUGE accomplishment
for me, confidence wise.
Now that we’re about 90 days away from the wedding though,
it’s time to kick it up a notch and drop the last 10 lbs. that make the difference
between photos that I LOVE and photos that I am ok with.
Call it narcissistic….vain…crazy….but guess what? I like to feel good. And being healthy and in shape makes me feel
GREAT!
So, the plan from now on, which started on Tuesday is this:
Monday – Trainer
Tuesday – Dance Cardio and Arms&Abs with
Tracy Anderson
Wednesday – Trainer
Thursday – Dance Cardio, Arms and Abs
Friday – Trainer
Saturday & Sunday – At least 30 minutes
of SOMETHING each day…will change it up to have fun.
While I DO RECOMMEND ordering Tracy’s Metamorphosis DVDS,
because they are customized to your body type, you can get away with using
YOUTUBE and still get a pretty killer workout in.

Committee (N.P.C.) nationally-qualified bikini competitor. Madeleine earned her
certification through A.C.E. in January 2014, and shortly after competed in her
first N.P.C. bodybuilding competition, where she placed second in her height
class in the bikini division. By the end of 2014, Madeleine competed in four
N.P.C. bodybuilding competitions with three 2nd place finishes, one 1st place
finish, and one overall win.
Prior to becoming a personal
trainer, bodybuilding competitor, and posing coach, Madeleine earned her
Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance from Georgia State
University in 2013. It was her rehabilitation from three wrist surgeries
